We’ve managed to secure some truly stunning prizes, including a 4-night stay at The Views Oasis in Madeira, for two people. That’s right! One lucky winner can bring a loved one to a getaway on this sunny island, located to the southwest of Portugal. We have 15 prizes in total, including vouchers, hampers, and gadgets, as detailed on the email.

How to enter

For every £5 you donate, you will receive 1 entry to the draw. £5 = 1 entry, £10 = 2 entries, and so on… Entering the draw is simple, simply make your donation of choice on this page. Make sure to fill in all your details correctly. You will receive an email, confirming you’re in the draw and how many entries you have. Please note, this email will be sent out closer to the draw so no need to worry when you don’t receive one straight away.

The deadline to enter is Friday 31^st March.

Please note that if you make a payment below and therefore enter this draw then you automatically consent to us sharing your details with the Chair of the Water for All committee - this is so that you can be entered into the draw. Please don't forget to add in your company name when going through the checkout. 

Important information

The prize draw will be on Monday 3^rd April. The draw will be streamed live via a Microsoft Teams meeting, and an invite will be sent out in the coming days. We will be using an online version of a prize wheel to randomly select the winners.

Terms & conditions

Prizes offered have been donated as part of fundraising efforts for Water for All. *Whilst Atlas Copco has taken reasonable care and attention in respect of raffle arrangements and prizes, any arrangements should be considered as directly between Water for All and the employee – Atlas Copco accepts no liability nor obligation in respect of any arrangements that are so made.

All monies raised will go towards projects selected by the Atlas Copco UK & Ireland Group of companies’ Water for All Committee. Funds will be allocated during 2023, however, final spending may be beyond the 2023 period.

All entries will be collected up to the 31^st of March 2023 and prize winners will be drawn on Monday the 3^rd of April 2023.

Winners will be chosen at random (using electronic draw software) and will be notified in writing.

 

1^st Prize. (Main Prize) – 4-night stay in Madeira

• The prize has been supplied via Galaxi Limited; donated from The Views Oasis Hotel.
• Voucher is valid for 4 nights, in a double room, side sea view on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Voucher is valid for 2 people (1 attendee must be prize winner)
• Voucher is valid until 31.12.2023 – reservations are subject to hotel availability.
• Reservations cannot be made using the voucher during Christmas, New Year and Flower Festival Periods.
• Providing the hotel has availability, the winner could book additional rooms or nights at their own expense.
• There is no cash alternative for this prize.

It is the responsibility of the winner to

• Confirm availability of hotel (with voucher) prior to the commitment of flights
• Independently book and pay for, flights to Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport
• Transfers are not included.
• Source their own travel insurances for all parties attending
• Utilise their holiday entitlement for this visit
• Cover all expenses personally – these will not be covered by business expenses
• Utilise the voucher within the defined period.

• Prizes will be sent to the winners within 15 working days past the date of the draw.
• All winners will be notified in writing.
• No cash alternative for the prize won
• Any vouchers won by Irish citizens will be issued in Euros, equalling the advertised amount in pounds.
