Clare Buckle, Secretary
Clare is a Chartered Accountant with experience in a variety of financial planning and strategy roles, including at Diageo Plc for the global gin brands and for the Diageo group as a whole. She has worked with many charities, most recently at the Prince’s Trust as a Business Mentor and with Personal Overseas Development at their projects in India and Vietnam, and takes great pleasure in her work as a Trustee for Just a Drop. Clare joined the Rambert School in September 2014 as Finance Director and Company Secretary and continues to be an enthusiastic supporter of ballet and contemporary dance. She enjoys rowing on the tideway and is a competent sculler.

Nick Forster
A Chartered Accountant by training, Nick spent 30 years with Reed Exhibitions, and since 1995 was the Worldwide Commercial Director until his retirement in 2013. He has known Just a Drop since its inception when it was started in Reed Exhibitions and he continues to act as a link with Reed for Just a Drop.  He consults in the exhibition industry for amongst others Reed Exhibitions, the Affordable Art Fairs and Artexis Easyfairs in Belgium. He is also a director of the Richmond Golf Club (Guarantee) Ltd.

Jane Larcombe
Former national journalist Jane has more than 30 years experience in public relations and latterly crisis management. She advised many large companies - particularly in international travel and tourism - including Royal Caribbean, P&O Ferries, Sea France, Marriott Hotels, European Commission, National Express, La Manga, Irish Tourist Board, Reed Travel Exhibitions and the Rank Organisation's portfolio of travel and leisure companies such as Butlin's, Haven and Shearings. For 12 years she was responsible for the Travel and Leisure Division of top ten London PR consultancy Charles Barker becoming a director and finally co-owner. After selling Charles Barker, Jane ran a smaller specialist business-to-business PR consultancy Jane Larcombe Communications Ltd for a further ten years. Jane helped Fiona Jeffery, founder of Just a Drop to start the charity in 1998.

Mike Reynolds
Mike is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and over the course of his career, worked on all seven continents. He developed an interest in water whilst serving with the Brigade of Ghurkhas in Nepal, implementing village water supply schemes. Now retired, Mike is also Just a Drop's Project Officer for Uganda, and gains great satisfaction volunteering his time for Just a Drop; as he feels that the charity is small enough so that everyone knows each other, but big enough to have a massive impact for good on the communities in which Just a Drop works.

John Turner
After training as a Chartered Accountant, John held various roles in financial management before moving into investment banking, where he spent over 20 years with Société Générale. He is now an independent consultant and non-executive Director.

Peter Watson
Peter is the CEO at Hilary Meredith Solicitors, a niche Personal Injury practice which has particular expertise in handling claims on behalf of members of the Armed Forces. Prior to that Peter was Managing Partner of Simpson Millar, a leading National Consumer Law Firm. He is a dual qualified Solicitor having previously practiced in Queensland Australia as well as England and Wales. In addition to position as a Trustee at Just a Drop, Peter has also supported and participated in Humanitarian Aid Convoys to Eastern Europe for many years. His motivation for working with Just a Drop is its unique focus on actually seeing through the delivery of projects and the emphasis on sustainability and community engagement.
