How Just a Drop Directly Contributes
Since 1998, Just a Drop has brought safe water, sanitation and hygiene projects to over 1.96 million people in 33 countries across the world.
We work at a grassroots level with communities to identify the best water and sanitation solutions for their needs, such as rainwater harvesting systems, sand dams or drilled wells. All of our projects are community owned and led, and are monitored for years after completion. Find out more about our solutions or learn about our approach, based on the values of community, sustainability, quality and impact.
Why?
703 million people still do not have access to clean water, and 1.5 billion people don’t have access to improved sanitation. A lack of water not only makes people ill, it makes it harder for them to escape the poverty trap. Find out more about the water crisis here.
