The Partnership
Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE), part of the RX Global portfolio, is the international tradeshow where companies in the HVAC+R, renewable energy and water world meet new customers and strengthen relationships with those who design, install and build plants and systems for comfort in the industrial, residential and commercial sectors.
MCE is evolution for innovation, a challenge towards efficiency and environmental, economic and social sustainability.
Since 2009, MCE have been helping Just a Drop to transform lives through access to safe water and sanitation. Thanks to the exhibition’s support, Just a Drop has been able to reach 10,432 with truly transformational projects!

Kandorl Village, Cambodia
In 2025, MCE is working in the community of Kandorl in Cambodia. Cambodia is one of the poorest countries in Southeast Asia and is still recovering from the Khmer Rouge regime, the country lacks skilled engineers and health professionals.
Kandorl Village is in the Siem Reap province where 45% of people live under the poverty line despite it being a main tourist destination thanks to Angkor Wat.
The 240 people living in Kandorl live in houses that are made of wood with iron roofs, with most people earning a subsistence living through farming and keeping some livestock.
There are several wells there, but each contains contaminated water and some are broken anyway. Faced with no other choice people use this water every day, with only a few being able to treat it. We have also heard of people using water from ponds which are close by.
This dirty water obviously makes people ill. Children miss school, people miss work and women spend time caring for their families. The situation isn’t helped by the lack of latrines in the village, only around 20% of the population have a working latrine, which is far too low and causes significant barriers to health.
With MCE’s kind support, we’ll change this situation for the 240 people in the community. We will provide access to safe water through 60 Biosand Filters (BSFs) and improve sanitation by building 20 latrines.
Each home, then, will have enough safe water for drinking, cooking, cleaning and washing. People can wash their hands, meaning they’re better able to mitigate diseases and BSFs are designed to last for many years, so they’re completely sustainable and we train the community how to maintain them.
We look forward to bringing you updates on Kandorl Village in the future.
Thank you so much to MCE and all of your staff, exhibitors and visitors for your incredible support!
