From top to bottom, our organisational structure is centred on ensuring as much of our income as possible goes directly to our projects. Our dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and country partners makes sure that projects remain sustainable and tailored to communities’ needs.

The Just a Drop team encompasses a broad range of expertise, from engineering to fundraising, to make sure that we remain the best we can be.

We are committed to putting as much of the money we raise directly towards projects as possible. Least year, 81p of every pound was spent supporting communities, 17p was spent on fundraising and administration, and 2p was spent on governance.
