The summer holidays are almost over.. And this September our UK Water For All committee is focusing on health and wellness and they want YOU to get involved!

We like a challenge here at Atlas Copco right – so can you complete our 30 Day September fitness challenge?

We’re launching a fun fundraiser which you can complete on your own or as a team. Each of the 30 days has its own fitness challenge to complete. The challenges to get harder as the days go on but that just contributes to the fun right?

Attempt each day’s exercise on your own or with your team or make a donation to Just a Drop for any day you can’t face!

Accountability is important and we want to support those who will be taking part so we’ve created a Teams Group Chat where our participants can share their activities, tips, photos and to support one another on those days you might need a push

Challenge levels

There are three levels of challenge you can pick, based on your confidence and level of fitness at the start. Remember don’t attempt anything you don’t feel you can realistically achieve!

  • Beginners: Complete the daily challenges as presented, 1 per day.
  • Intermediates: Complete the daily challenges, PLUS the day before!
  • Extreme competitors: Complete the daily challenges, PLUS all others you have previously completed! (Not for the faint-hearted)

Need a rest day? Days labelled with the yellow dot are for rest days and won't be counted as a day you can't face

Remember you should have a good general level of health to complete this challenge, and be sure to seek expert advice if you are unsure how to do any of the moves correctly.
