Just a Drop & Friendly Soap

Friendly Soap is a company that put ethics before profits. That’s why their products are vegan, cruelty-free and made by people paid a living wage, without using plastic, preservatives or sulphates.

Friendly Soap is produced using a cold-process method handed down through generations of makers. It creates no by-products and relies on old-fashioned elbow grease, with every bar poured, cut and packed into recycled and recyclable boxes by hand in Yorkshire.

The soap is biodegradable too, so it’s kind to the planet even once you’ve used it.

Over the last two years, Friendly Soap and Just a Drop have developed a partnership that brings safe water and vital hygiene projects to communities across the world. In fact, Friendly Soap donates ten pence from each and every website order made - having a big impact with every order placed. 

World Water Day 2023

Held annually on 22 March, World Water Day raises awareness of the millions of people worldwide who still don't have access to safe water.  It is a day to take action to tackle the global water crisis, in support of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: water and sanitation for all by 2030.

In 2023, the theme is 'Accelerating Change' to solve the water and sanitation crisis and Friendly Soap are doing just that! The organisation is going to be doing their own walk for water to raise funds and awareness of Just a Drop's work.
