Kelly Railton – Head of Fundraising

Kelly joined Just a Drop in March 2012, having worked in fundraising and communications for large national charities for over 13 years. She has also volunteered for a small charity in Ethiopia. Kelly is a published fiction writer and loves nothing better than to travel with her pen and notebook in hand.

Nicola Swann – Communications Manager

Nicola is well travelled and a keen photographer, who recently spent three years living and working in Uganda. Her first role was as a VSO volunteer, which was followed by a marketing and communications role with a safari company. Nicola joined Just a Drop in January 2012.

Nicola Baskerville – Events Manager

Nicola has a degree in Environmental Science and has worked within the charitable sector for the majority of her career including volunteer work for the Environment Trust. Nicola joined Just a Drop in April 2012.

Melissa Campbell – Project Manager

Melissa has a Masters Degree in International Development and has worked with the Rehabilitation of Arid Environments Charitable Trust in Kenya’s Rift Valley, and the Scientific Exploration Society. Melissa joined Just a Drop in July 2011.

Amy Bruce – Project Co-ordinator

Amy has a degree in International Education Studies. She has volunteered in Zambian primary schools and with the British Red Cross in their Youth and Schools service. Amy is also a keen traveller and snowboarder. Amy joined Just a Drop in July 2012.
