BrendanBrendan Hanlon – Head of Fundraising & Communications

Brendan has extensive experience in the charitable sector at a senior level, including as Chief Executive at an international HIV/AIDS charity, and is widely experienced across all fundraising and communications. Brendan is Chair of a national children’s sport CIC, and enjoys running marathons in his spare time. Brendan joined Just a Drop in February 2015.


Louise Geoghegan – Events Manager

Louise has worked in the charity sector for much of her career holding numerous positions in project and event management. She also has a Master’s degree in International Development. Louise joined Just a Drop in July 2015.


Holly Blaxill – Communications Manager

Holly has worked in communications for various charitable organisations, including at Shakespeare’s Globe and the Southbank Centre, and in the publishing industry. Holly studied Social Anthropology at LSE and is a keen traveller. Holly joined Just a Drop in July 2016.


Bella Mytton-Mills – Development Officer

Bella has worked at Just a Drop since leaving university in October 2015. Prior to joining the Richmond office, Bella interned with the project team in Dorset, and worked on a water and sanitation project in Tanzania as part of the International Citizen Service programme with Raleigh International. Bella is a keen traveller.


RakshaRaksha Tang – Bookkeeper

Raksha has several years of business experience, particularly in finance, and has fulfilled her ambition of working with a reputable charity with Just a Drop. Raksha was born in Kenya and so the work of Just a Drop holds extra personal significance. Raksha joined Just a Drop in November 2014.

Melissa holds a Masters Degree in International Development and has worked with the Rehabilitation of Arid Environments Charitable Trust in Kenya’s Rift Valley, and the Scientific Exploration Society. Melissa joined Just a Drop in July 2011.

Amy BruceAmy Sendell – Project Co-ordinator

Amy has a degree in International Education Studies. She has volunteered in Zambian primary schools and with the British Red Cross in their Youth and Schools service. Amy is also a keen traveller and snowboarder. Amy joined Just a Drop in July 2012.
