Kenya Eastern Province

A sand damn project in an arid area which will provide a water supply for up to 1,200 people.
Final report suggests that this particular task will be completed by late March.

Main Project Outputs:

Working with local communities by building sand dams and dam extentions. The manual work is done by the self-help groups, The dams will raise water levels and provide a a loacland secure source of clean water for the next 50 years
