Project Details - Kenya, Lwala

Working with African Revival, Just a Drop will fund a borehole in the rural village of Lwala, Western Kenya. The community currently have to walk 6-7km to reach water. Providing clean drinking water will reduce the number of waterborne diseases within the community and generally improve the health and well being of those that live there.

This project will provide safe water system for the 300 families who live in the locality, mainly subsistence farmers who live within a 6km radius of the town.
