We think that a good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow.

We assess every project proposal that we receive on its merits. If it makes sense to our Trustees, we fund it. But we investigate thoroughly and make sure it's properly budgeted and will be properly implemented in the field and deliver the expected benefits to the local community.
